FAQ
Questions, answered.
I've never studied Arabic. Is this for me?
Yes. Level 1 starts from zero: the letters and their sounds. You don't need to read any Arabic before you start.
Who are the classes for?
The Arabic program and Quran classes are for women only: every group is sisters only, taught by a female teacher. Kids' classes are for boys and girls.
What happens in the free trial class?
It's a 30-minute live session on Zoom or Google Meet. You try a short beginner lesson, see how the classes work, and ask any questions. It's free, and there's no obligation to join.
What times are the classes?
Groups are formed by time zone. When you message us, tell us where you live and when you're free, and we'll agree your weekly class times with your group before you start.
What do I need to join?
A phone, tablet or computer with a stable internet connection, and the free Zoom or Google Meet app. We'll send you the class link.
Which Arabic do you teach?
Simple Modern Standard Arabic with the everyday Gulf word beside it. Modern Standard Arabic (Fusha) is the Arabic of books and the news and the closest to the language of the Qur'an; the Gulf word is what you'll hear in daily life.
What if I miss a class?
Every class is recorded, so you can watch the lesson you missed at any time. If you have questions, message us on Telegram.
How do I pay?
Message us on Telegram. We'll reply with the payment options. All prices are in US dollars.
Can I get a refund?
You pay only after your free trial class, so you can see the classes first. Because of this, payments are non-refundable.
I already know some Arabic. Do I have to start at Level 1?
Not necessarily. Message us with what you already know and we'll help you find the right level.
